Welcome to your online fitness Spring program ( 5 weeks)

Program Dates:

Monday 23rd February to 27th March.


Please note there will be no live sessions on Tuesday 24th February as I am attending a course in London. You will be able to access on-demand workouts (Jump Training & Toning) which will be uploaded to the video library. Please check access in advance as I will not be able to help you in the day.


Start of program Fitness Test: Monday 24th February

End of program Fitness Test: Monday 23rd March

My 47th birthday workout: Tuesday 24th March ( 2 different birthday workouts for 6am and 7am so you can log on for both 🥳

Week 5 Monday 23rd March Celebration Week: 6 years teaching online🎉
