About
Welcome to your 7 week Summer group. The plan of action is to hit it hard before the school holidays when we are going to reap the benefits of all our hard work 🏖️👙☀️
Please note this is a 7 week program which will give you plenty of time to improve your fitness levels and make noticeable difference to your body shape (providing your are consistent with your training and healthy eating). Speaking of healthy eating, I will be posting some healthy, nutritious meal ideas that I have learned from attending nutrition clinic days: How to build a salad with 20 plus grams of protein. This will incorporate eating the rainbow for gut diversity 🥗🥑🥒🥕🥦🍅
I want you to think of this as your final big push for summer, so please muster up the mental strength to ‘knock the snacking on the head’ and keep your hydration levels up. Your training is excellent, now focus on what you are putting in your mouth!!!
