Upper Body Workout
Toning exercises for the upper body

This session focus on the upper body. You will need light hand weights and ideally a heavier set of weights or a kettlebell for strength work. Filled water bottles can be used if you don't have hand weights.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
