Stability Ball Workout

A core based workout using a stability ball. This will be a slower paced workout that is very challenging on your upper body and core as you will be supporting your body weight on a stability ball. You will need a stability ball to complete this workout.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
