Service Description

A combination of mobility exercises for the core and lower body, as well as strength training exercises using resistance bands and weights, plus agility drills to improve cardio capacity, foot strike and stride length.



Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
