A combination of classical mat work pilates exercises combined with balance, foot strengthening exercises and frozen shoulder prevention exercises. This class requires extra equipment; Tennis Balls (ideally 4), long resistance bands, mini pilates ball. Optional: Wrist & Ankle bracelet weights, Yoga blocks, Foam balance pad.
