Dedicated to releasing tension in the hips, glutes, calves, thighs and hamstrings with foot care and ankle mobility. Equipment needed: tennis ball or massage ball and stretching strap/belt. Optional extras (but not essential) foam roller and massage gun.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
