An introduction to Kettlebell training - a great piece of equipment for muscular strength, endurance and mobility. If you are new to kettle bell training, I recommend using a lighter weight (2kg or 4kg) or if you don't have a kettlebell, you will still get benefit from this session using a dumbbell.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
