This session is designed to help mobilise and strengthen your trunk through a series of stretches, self massage with a tennis ball/mobility ball and core strengthening exercises taken from principles of Pilates training. Please do not wear shoes for the session as you will need to 'feel the floor' with your feet.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
