Service Description

A full body workout comprising of standing Squats, Lunges & upper body work using hand weights, followed by seated and laying down toning exercises to target the hips, glutes and abdominals.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
