Mobility and stretching exercises focusing on opening the hips, lengthening the hamstrings and mobilising the back through self massage and assisted stretches with a band or strap.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for another session. No credits will be given to classes that are not cancelled within the specified time.
