FEBRUARY HALF TERM TIMETABLE
Variety is the spice of life
During the school holidays I like to add some variety to my class timetable by adding in some specialised classes. This week will start with 'Intro to Suspension Training' which will safely guide you through the basics of setting up your suspension trainer and introducing you to the basic exercises. We will also be working with Resistance Bands, a Stability Ball and a Kettlebell. The week finishes with 'Athletic Stretch' using a broomstick and a tennis ball, which is a flexibility & mobility based session ending with some well deserved foot care.
